2. מוצר שלטענת הלקוח הוא לא תקין - ניתן לקבל  החזר כספי מלא בתנאי שהמוצר נשלח בחזרה ע״י הלקוח לבית העסק באמצעות הדואר על מנת להחזירו לספק/יצרן.

3. תשלום דמי המשלוח יחול על הלקוח במידה שהחליט הלקוח להחזיר את המוצר ללא סיבה מיוחדת, ובאם המוצר אינו תקין לטענת הלקוח בית העסק ישא בהוצאות המשלוח חזרה.
